An extensive range of accessories are available for mounting prisms on different surfaces. Solutions for all kinds of mounting requirements on concrete, glass, rocks, historic buildings, oil and gas pipelines, metal and many other difficult surfaces are part of the standard repertoire.

RSMP290 and RSMP390 can be quickly and easily stuck using glue (RSMF-FIX), plugs and screws.
The magnetic versions RSMP290M and RSMP390M are compatible with our OPFA System.

  • The prism can be rotated through 360 degree, enabling the same survey point to be used from almost any direction.
  • Bridges, façades and many other objects can thus be monitored more quickly and precisely.
  • Permanent settlement monitoring can be carried out during the building work.
  • The OPFA system enables long-term monitoring over decades.

With mini prism RSMP290(M*), ranges up to 500 m can be achieved in ATR mode, with the mini prism RSMP390(M*) up to 600 m. The ranges depend on the survey instrument and are influenced by weather and ambient conditions.

When sighting survey points that are already known, ranges of up to 1000 m can be achieved with robotic total stations!

For measurements in manual mode, depending on the focus, ranges of approx. 200 m can be obtained.
